Finding the right caregiver for an elderly but fiercely independent parent was a huge challenge. Finding a caregiver able and willing to coordinate with ME in overseeing my father's healthcare... PRICELESS! Beth stepped in and whipped everything into shape in no time flat. She was able to connect with and motivate my dad to engage socially and physically - things that he had stopped doing when he was left to his own devices. Beth was also a very effective healthcare advocate, scheduling my father's doctor's appointments and acting as a liaison between the doctor's office and myself. She thoroughly documented each visit, noting my father's overall emotional and physical status and the activities they engaged in together. My family is deeply grateful for Beth's time with my dad. She made it possible for him to continue living independently for as long as he was able. Unfortunately, my father's health took a precipitous decline and he needed care 24x7. If not for that, Beth would still be part of our family. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her as a great caregiver, and an even greater human being.
