About Elizabeth

Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I am a graduate from Gonzaga University. I received my BA in history and successfully obtained my secondary teaching certification with endorsements in ELA and Social Studies. In addition to classroom experience, I have worked at summer camps and after-school programs with kids ages 4-11. These experiences have taught me how to best model and teach social emotional skills and cater my care to an individual child's needs. I have obtained my Adult/Pediatric/Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid licensure through The American Red Cross, as well. Presently, I am a graduate student studying school psychology at Seattle University and work as a literacy tutor for students with learning differences. Throughout my various experiences, I have worked with many neurodivergent students of a variety of ages. I am passionate about taking a neurodiversity affirming approach with the work I do.
