About Elizabeth
Hi! I am patient, compassionate and in my 50s. I am in excellent condition and have no physical limitations. My children are on their own so I have extra time to help others. I do have another job which is generally occasional evenings and Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday mornings. For that reason I'm hoping for a flexible schedule and can do part-time help. I have a part-time fitness studio part-time and teach classes such as yoga and strength / cardio for all ages including seniors. I have taught chair yoga and chair fitness to seniors for over 5 years. I do have a CPR certification. I enjoy working with seniors and am looking for ways to assist while hoping for a somewhat flexible schedule. I wish you all the best in your search for proper caregiving.
