About Kiera

Hi, my name is Kiera! I am currently employed full time but am always looking for opportunities to babysit on weekends. I am available on Saturday and Sunday evenings at the moment. My experience includes caring for children ages 4 months to 9 years old. I have been a long term nanny during which time my duties included: preparing meals, school pick up, driving to activities, light cleaning and laundry, and of course, playing! I also have experience teaching afterschool art lessons at elementary schools to kids aged pre-k to fifth grade. I love working with kids and keeping them entertained with games and activities. I enjoy crafts and being creative. I have a bachelor's in psychology. Working with children brings me joy and also stimulates my academic brain as I get to see the various stages of childhood development. I make it a priority to check in with the children I care for about their day and allow them to feel heard.
