Hello, I'm Elizabeth. I'm an experienced caregiver with a strong background in childcare, healthcare, and memory care. My early roles included JCPRD childcare and positions as a Support Teacher and Lead Twos Teacher, giving me extensive experience with child development, safety, and structured routines. I also worked as a Medical Assistant in a pediatrics office, assisting with vitals, patient care, and minor procedures. In memory care, I have served as both a Care Manager and Life Enrichment Manager, supporting individuals with dementia, daily activities, engagement, and person-centered care. I am also a trained CNA with experience in ADLs, companionship, and maintaining a calm, professional environment. I'm confident working with all ages--from infants and children to adults and seniors.
