For two decades, I've embraced my passion for nurturing young minds and positively impacting children's lives through my School Social Work experience. I'm friendly & approachable, and I love supporting families by providing reliable care. My graduate degree in Social Work & undergraduate degree in Psychology complement my extensive experience. I communicate with you using your preferred method, offering verbal updates at pickup. With my background working with special education students aged 5-13, I am adept at calmly and empathetically navigating behavioral challenges using BIST and Conscious Discipline techniques. I prioritize connection and safety. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, or multiple children. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
