About me: Hello! My name is Elizabeth! I am currently attending SIUC in Carbondale and I am studying Family Child Services. I love working with littles, getting to know them and creating bonds with them! -Moving to the Rapid/Box Elder area in August 2026 I am looking to make connections with families in the area before I move:) either as a full time nanny or the occasional babysitter. My experience: I took Early Childhood Education classes through John A Logan college during highschool and worked in their kiddie city preschool program as one of the teachers! I also work as a daycare worker at the Journey Church in Marion IL during the school year. I have experience working with kids ages 0-11 in homes as the occasional babysitter and on a set weekly schedule. I have experience helping with homework, cooking meals and putting kids down for naps/ bed, light cleaning and diaper changes.

We currently have Ms. Elizabeth as our current babysitter. She will be moving in August 2026. I can not say enough wonder things about Elizabeth! She is very caring, dependable, intuitive, and sincere. She watches (our child) like a hawk. She is very responsible at updating me as the day goes by. She knows when to ask questions and takes initiative. She has been working with our daughter on how to crawl/walk. I can not say enough good things about her! Highly recommend her!
