I've been working with children with ASD, and several other developmental disabilities for over five years as a NYCDOE paraprofessional. I'm a patient, friendly, and calm individual who prioritizes open communication with parents. I believe in following their preferred communication method and providing regular updates about their child's day. As for household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of games that promote learning and engagement, including board games, puzzles, educational apps, and technology-based games. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages, from toddlers to preteens. I have a college degree, a car, and I'm comfortable with most pets.
