Elizabeth creates a special relationship with each child and is great with articulating their individual care and needs. She cares for them as if they were her own. Many of our parents tried to hire her as a nanny. She is able to manage and create a safe and structured learning environment. She will use prompts, cues, audio, and visual components to generate interest, maintain focus, to increase academic levels. Lessons are modified and differentiate instructions are implemented to address students individual needs. Elizabeth makes great suggestions to modify our work and school environment. She is very hands on and works well with others as a team player. If I'm speaking truthful I would take her back at any time and she knows it. Great asset to our business, and I can see her opening up her own one day.
