About Elizabeth

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, a caregiver with 10+ years of experience with children of all ages. I began as a nanny in high school, worked as a camp counselor and youth advocate, and recently completed my MSW with a clinical internship providing therapy to teens and families. I'm currently pursuing my LCSW to become a therapist. While I've worked with all ages, infant through high schooler, my clinical focus is with adolescents navigating trauma, life changes and emotional regulation challenges. I bring a calm, trauma-informed presence into every caregiving role, and I always tailor my approach to the unique needs of each child and family. I'm CPR/First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, and comfortable with transportation, homework help, and meal prep. I'm especially attuned to supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ youth and those coping with stress or family transitions.
