Elizabeth started working for us when my baby girl was 18 months old. She was confident and comfortable with the small baby, and asked lots of questions about how I preferred for her to be cared for. She does bring her 4yo daughter along, who plays and engages very well with our daughter. Elizabeth has been regularly on-time, communicates well, has good experience working in early-childhood education and cleans up with our daughter every time. She helped with laundry once a week during nap time and completed a daily activity log to let us know what our daughter was doing/eating and how she was sleeping/pooping during the days. When we worked from home, Elizabeth did a great job being mindful about keeping our daughter distracted in another room or outside. The only reason we stopped using Elizabeth is because we finally got accepted into a daycare (yep, after 2 years on a wait list!)
