My name is Eliska, and I'm a 2025 graduate of the UT (Go Vols!). I'm currently back home in Montclair and looking to support a local family with caretaking needs. I have extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (children and adults), developmental disabilities, and providing behavioral support.
