Elisia was the BEST nanny to my 2 little grandchildren! I was so impressed at her calm manner around them (they were about 2 and 3-1/2 at that time). She always had them outside thinking up adventures to involve them in, rock collecting on a beach walk, puddles to slosh through on rainy days. They loved her! If the older child did something that wasn't the best choice, Elisia would always take the time to softly explain what had happened and how it could be handled better. I was VERY impressed with her judgment and kind heart!!
