As a Certified MedTech/CNA, I provide live-in care, prepare meals, manage medications, and encourage physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I prioritize open communication with families, using their preferred method and providing written daily reports. Building a comfortable environment and earning trust are important to me.
