Hi families! My name is Ellie, and I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a nurturing, engaging environment. I have several years of experience in early childhood education, working with children from infancy through kindergarten, including Montessori experience. I currently work in a school setting where I support both classroom and administrative responsibilities, giving me a well-rounded understanding of child development, communication with families, organization, and creating positive learning experiences. I hold both an associate and bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I love creating fun, meaningful activities that encourage independence, creativity, and confidence while making children feel safe, supported, and cared for.
