About Elisha

Hi! I'm Elisha. I'm a Board-Certified Music Therapist with a Master of Music Therapy and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance. I've played guitar for 22 years and have taught intermittently throughout my music therapy career over the past decade. I specialize in helping beginners learn to play guitar and sing at the same time. My approach is play-based, meaning we will use music and songs that *you* love to support your success. I believe everyone is inherently musical, and I can teach you to play and/or sing, no matter your age or level of ability. I am here to cheer you on and help you meet your own goals. As a certified Neurologic Music Therapist (NMT), I am also qualified to provide clinical Music Therapy and/or Adaptive Music Lessons for people with diverse needs. Additionally, I offer Developmental Consultations for new parents to teach you how to use music & other sensory experiences to support your baby's brain development and promote bonding/attachment.
