About Elise

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With over 10 years of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, and Sports & Fitness, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I create an engaging, patient environment where complex problems are broken down into manageable steps. By actively listening to how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods to fit your specific needs. I prioritize open communication with both students and parents to ensure we are always aligned on goals. Whether we are meeting at your home, a library, or a community center, my greatest reward is witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks. I am deeply committed to fostering a genuine love for learning, and I look forward to helping you reach your academic milestones with enthusiasm and care.
