My approach is determied by your preferences, and I am fully comfortable enforcing your household rules to ensure consistency. I have 3+ years of experience in management with fast-paced environments, so I am fully capable of having additional responsibilities on top of caring for your children while still ensuring top-tier care. My story of enjoying this job began at a very young age as I was always the oldest cousin, sibling, grandchild, ect. That being said, it showed me how much I truly enjoy watching children grow up and reach their full potential with the proper guidance and care. I am a CPR & First Aid certification holder. I provide reliable supervision and engaging activities depending on what the child's interests are. I am also willing to provide light housekeeping and other family specific tasks. My pay varies depending on responsibilities!
