About Elise

Hello! Meet Elise! I have worked in a professional child care setting for over 30 years. The ages I have worked with are 6 months to 13 years of age. In those 30 years, I did my own home day care where I cared for 6 children two of which were mine ages 6 months to 8 years of age. I hold an A. S. Degree, Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Administration, and have completed 60+ units in Early Childhood Education along with conferences and workshops. Daily tasks include: preparation and cleaning up snack and meals. I make sure the children are in a safe environment. I plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities, working with families on a daily basis, holding conferences, enjoying daily walks with the children, exploring music, working with children on their gross/fine motor skills, problem solving and social/emotional development. I enjoy the diversity of the families and building a trusting relationship.
