About Elise

I am a caring, patient, compassionate caregiver with experience nanny during the summer, growing up as a third oldest of seven children, and working professionally as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) at an autism center. These experiences have taught me how to create a safe, supportive and engaging environment for children with a wide range of personalities and needs. I truly enjoy, watching kiddos learn, grow, and reach new milestones, and I approach each child with patience, understanding and compassion. My experience as an RBT has strengthen my ability to communicate effectively, stay calm during challenging situations, and provide individualized support based on each child's need. Clear and open communication with parents is very important to me. I want families to feel comfortable, knowing their children are well cared for, and that they are kept informed throughout the day. I am CPR certified and currently attend attending school to become a nurse.
