About Elise

Elise has a great rapport with people, especially children. She has good written and verbal communication skills with both parents and students. She has a strong ability to connect with her students. She is patient, kind, and understanding. She takes the time to get to know her students at a personal level which allows for building a bond of trust. This in turn aids her in helping students to overcome obstacles and/or learning struggles that may stand in the way of students' progress. I never saw or heard Elise getting frustrated with any student. She never raised her voice, and most often than not was able to keep her class calm, quiet, and orderly. Elise proved to be trustworthy and dependable. I could count on her to make her shifts and take on extra responsibilities. Elise genuinely cared for her students' success. It was a pleasure to have her on my team.
