About Elise Kathryn

I'd describe myself as kind, energetic, and responsible. I love helping to shape the world that kids live in. I have a B. S. in psychology from Penn State where I also minored in child maltreatment and advocacy studies, which furthered my interest in development and the importance of having supportive people around children. I'm looking for a job that has a good environment and is understanding of my schedule as a graduate student. I started working with kids when I turned 16. I started working at a daycare center for the summer. After, I would have babysitting jobs on and off until I started working at the YMCA as a group leader in 2021. I worked with children in an after school program and as a group leader during summer camp until 2025 when I moved to New York City. One thing you should know about me is I care about the kids that I watch. I will do anything in my power to help your kids succeed and I will treat them as if they were members of my own family.
