About Elisa

I have always been passionate about caring for and teaching young children. I've had 5 years of previous experience in a childcare center in both Lead and Assistant teacher positions. I believe that, beyond the regular physical duties and responsibilities involved in childcare, it is most important to keep in mind what lessons your words and actions are teaching. I always aim to create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages creativity, perseverance, and the development of good character values. I like working with kids because I love to experience their unique personalities, interests, and skills. I love watching and guiding them as they grow and develop into the unique individuals they were meant to be. One thing you should know about me is I am a very conscientious and hardworking person. I always try my best to do a job right. I also sometimes like to bring my own crafts and activities to babysitting gigs to keep things novel and engaging.
