I'd describe my personality as honest, funny, caring. I like working with kids because it brings joy to my heart to be able to share the gifts I have. Helping children and their families is the most rewarding job to have. Children are so creative and constantly growing on the go. No matter the age I get to experience communication skills, creative and decision making. I'm looking for a job where I am comfortable with the active parents in the home. To be clear in policies and duties needed by me. Looking for consistency. I Started being paid for childcare when I was 16. One thing you should know about me is that I am very punctual and honest. I come from a military background as a child. I have manners and know how to follow directions. A nanny to me doesn't make their own rules. I'm a second pair of hands while parents can't be around. I will follow whatever is wanted by the parents. My skills include patience, sensitivity, able to have quick change.
