About Elisa

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With 17 years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in supporting elementary and middle school students in ELA. I also help remediate some of those "organization skills" :) I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where curiosity thrives! I encourage and fully support open communication and regular feedback, I tailor my methods to fit your child's unique learning style. I believe that consistent, transparent communication with parents builds the trust necessary for academic growth. Watching a student's confidence soar as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work! I want your child to be engaged, so we're consistently doing new things each session. I prefer to meet you at the library, and help your child in all aspects of English Language Arts!
