I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I have a graduate degree and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. I am compassionate, detail-oriented, and follow each family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me when building a connection with them. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
