I have worked as a nanny, a babysitter, a preschool teacher, a camp counselor, and a tutor. I have also volunteered with organizations that work with children. I have worked with all ages of children from infants to teenagers.

We gave Lis 2 stars because she was great with our 2-year old son. She worked for us for nearly a year. She frequently took him to the park and a kids Gym, read to him, hosted play dates, and worked on speech with him (he has a language delay). However, we only gave her 2 stars due to the way she left our employment. She frequently called in sick and left early and we pointed that out to her 3 days ago (a Friday). It became so frequent that we were apprehensive whenever one of us was off work because that is always when it seemed to occur. This morning she gave us 1 month's notice. Four hours later, she told me that she needed to take care of herself, that she currently did not feel well, and that she didn't think this was "worth it." Ultimately, she left our employment only 4 hours after giving us a month's notice. She didn't even say good-bye to our son, whom she frequently said she loved.
