I am looking for a night nurse/nanny position for one or two infants several times a week. I am a senior honors student at OSU. I hold STNA, phlebotomy, and medical assisting licenses and I am also CPR and first aid certified by the AHA. I have been working in Ohio State's NICU for two years and have over 6, 000 hours of experience caring for critically ill neonates. My specialty lies in infant care (0-12 mos), but I have 6 years of babysitting experience with children from ages newborn to 13 years. Due to my class schedule, I can ONLY work at night. I am happy to prepare milk, wash bottles, bag extra milk, do laundry, administer medicine if needed, and keep baby's nursery clean and tidy. My approach to infant care emphasizes gentleness and a calm environment including rigid safe sleep practices. I provide care that is a fine-tuned mixture of both hands-on and hands-off soothing techniques. If you feel that a night nanny would be helpful for you and your baby, please reach out!

Elle was amazing. First of all, she is professional, prompt, and a very good communicator. Second, she is experienced with newborns (don't have to explain how to make formula!) and her philosophy on working with newborns works perfectly. Finally, she is very adaptable and truly just wants to help out families, So she is flexible with hours and will help out if you need laundry done or need your house cleaned up or organized. Not only would we wake up after a full night's sleep to a sleeping infant, but also a clean house!
