About Elisa

Hi! My name is Elisa, and I am an experienced childcare provider with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for children from infancy through 6th grade. I have a strong background working with children with special needs, neurodivergence, and behavioral challenges, and I take pride in providing patient, individualized care. I hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and maintain current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications. I also have experience in ABA therapy and am comfortable supporting children with medical needs, including seizure care. I am seeking a full-time, long-term position with a family I can truly partner with. I especially enjoy caring for infants through early elementary-aged children and creating engaging, balanced days through play, routines, and outings. I am also a devoted pet owner and animal lover, and I am very comfortable working in homes with pets. Families describe me as dependable, calm, flexible, and easy to communicate with.
