About Elinor

Hello! I am bringing 10+ years of experience working with children of all ages. I am confident in my ability to cultivate an environment that is nurturing, safe, and fun. My undergrad/graduate studies included classes in children's development, literacy, and designing programming for children (all ages). My time spent babysitting (started when I was 10 years old) and looking after my nephews and niece (ages 0-15), has equipped me with a strong understanding of child development as well as experience enforcing rules and juggling time between different personalities, interests, and needs. I am known for my patient, calm, creative, and friendly personality. I enjoy being outside, reading, writing, music, and art. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I am comfortable following your household rules. I am happy to help with some cooking, carpooling, crafts, and homework. Caring for up to three children is something I'm very comfortable with.
