For over 10 years, I've found immense joy in nurturing children's growth and development.. I am a friendly, playful, and approachable caregiver - I'm all about being in tune and aware of kids moods and behaviors, and coming in ALWAYS with empathy. Knowing time and place is my jam! - I can be crazy outgoing and play board games or outdoor sports and dance without hesitation, but I also can be the person who's just there, the listener, the quiet reader for hours. I am a full time teacher as my primary job. I teach 7th grade English Language Arts and 8th Gr have a college degree and teaching license. As a part of the latter, I receive ongoing training in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Early Child Development Coursework, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. I am comfortable caring for multiple children of any age, including those with special needs. I'm happy to assist with tutoring, pet care, cooking, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming lessons.
