I am a mother to a 3-month-old and am looking to care for others' kids while also caring for my own child. I have 4 years of experience as a tech in emergency departments, including a children's ED; In addition, I have previous experience working with children in both home and school environments both as a nanny and as a substitute teacher for kindergarten and second grade classrooms. I am a very active person, full of energy and an interest in inspiring creativity in people. While working with kids, I turn off the t. v. and engage kids in fun, creative activities. I enjoy coloring, doing arts and crafts, having picnics, building pirate forts, playing outside, and reading books. While I have maintained a classroom environment of 20+ children, I prefer to provide childcare in the home, to smaller numbers of children, so as to give them each individually more attention. I still work 2 days a week but am relatively flexible and am looking for both ongoing and one-time jobs!

She is very flexible and able to work with a variety of children, from those with special needs to running an entire classroom. She picks up things very easily and learns quickly from her mistakes.
