About Elicia

I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and truly have a passion for what I do. I am patient, nurturing, and love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. I am currently an Assistant Director at a daycare, where I help manage the center, support staff, and work closely with children and families every day. With my child starting kindergarten this upcoming school year, I am looking to expand my horizons and explore new opportunities working with families in a more personal setting. I currently hold my CDA and am First Aid and MAT certified. I am reliable, experienced, and genuinely love working with children. It has been a big part of my life for many years, and I look forward to continuing to do what I love.
