Nurturing children and fostering their growth is my passion. My 15 years of experience have solidified my commitment to providing exceptional care. I hold a college degree, am a certified teacher, and have completed coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR. I gained invaluable experience working with children, including those with autism, where I specialized in behavior management and self-regulation techniques. My approach is patient and calm, and I'm known for being friendly and approachable. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize open communication with parents, tailoring updates via text or phone calls based on your preferences. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, physical activities, and educational games. I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
