Hi! I'm Elianna! I'm the oldest of 8, so caring for kids isn't just something I do - it's something I've always loved. I have three years of paid childcare experience and especially enjoy working with infants, toddlers, and young children. I love hands-on activities like nursery rhymes, fingerplays, crafts, games, imaginative play, and finding ways to make ordinary moments fun. I'm comfortable caring for children up to age 11, including groups up to 4. I'm also experienced with children with special needs, including Down Syndrome and autism. I hold First Aid and CPR certifications. When it comes to discipline, I believe in being patient and loving, looking at the needs behind a kid's behavior rather than simply reacting to it.
