About Eliani

I am a dedicated Child Caregiver with over a year of hands-on experience in a Family Day Care setting, working with children from infancy to 10 years old, including those with ADHD and autism. As a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I focus on understanding each child's needs and supporting their development through structured, respectful, and individualized care. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have completed over 30 hours of specialized training in childcare and safety. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which has strengthened my ability to stay organized, think critically, and approach challenges with intention. I am currently working toward my CDA credential as part of my long-term growth in early childhood education. I am a native Spanish speaker and communicate effectively in English, continuing to improve through college-level studies.
