Elaine provided care to my elderly mother 5 mornings per week for over 3 years. Our mother had dementia, mobility issues and mom wasn't the easiest personality. Elaine started with us at the end of September and continues to do showers, home program physical therapy exercises, and provide companionship for my 88 year old mother-in-law. Elaine has a calm, gentle approach and has managed to get my reluctant mother-in-law to do her physical therapy exercises 5 days per week! We, as her family, could not persuade her to do these exercises with any regularity. As my mother-in-law's endurance level fluctuates from day to day, we appreciate Elaine's close observation of this and modification of the exercise program as needed. She always has an eye out for safety and has made many helpful suggestions for the home, yet understands that this is often a slow process to implement with elders who are resistant to any change. I cannot say enough good things about Elaine's professionalism, punctuality, patience and caring nature! We highly recommend her!!!!!!!!

Eliane is fabulous! I hired her to help me 12 hours a day on weekends, as my wife has Congestive Heart Failure and a number of other serious medical issues. My wife loves Eliane, who is efficient, gracious, upbeat and infinitely caring. She has made our weekends lives something we can look forward to; I have no hesitation in giving her my highest possible recommendation.

Eliane is a caring, compassionate CNA .  My husband, who has dementia, is always happy to see Eliane. She is by far the best CNA that we have had. I highly recommend her.

The very first thing to note about Eliane is dedication to her family.  Eliane's love for her husband and son tells you what kind of a person she is:  a woman of principle and character.  Her consistent and deep love for her family teaches Eliane how to relate to her clients, most of whom need things done for them.  I have never known Eliane to be late for work even if the start time is 6:00 AM.  She is attentive to the timely administration of medicines  and looks for ways to relieve the boredom of confinement by engaging in friendly conversation.  Eliane is always ready to take a walk, even a long one.  She prepares meals, washes dishes and puts them away, which is very helpful because reconstructive shoulder surgery inhibits my movement.  To my surprise, Eliane helps me to get out of chair even though I am much heavier than she which is crucial in order for me to get to the bathroom in a timely way.  I highly recommend Eliane as a very competent, friendly caretaker.

Elaine help me after my hip surgery and I can't say how much I appreciated everything that she did she was on time very caring, couldn't do enough to help me through this time and I will be forever grateful.
