Hello! I work as a Paraeducator for the school district, collaborating with SPED teachers and supporting students' individual academic and behavioral needs. At the same time, I have been an after-school nanny for 3 families over the past couple school years and a summer nanny for two full summers. I typically care for two children, but am comfortable caring for 3, as I have done this past Summer. I graduated in 2023 with a BA in Psychology and began as a Behavior Technician, supporting children (3-7y/o) in a clinical setting before continuing onto providing academic and behavioral support in K-8 schools. My experience taught me to balance consistency with flexibility, follow individualized routines and protocols, and communicate clearly with parents/school staff. I'm an eager learner and understand the importance of learning each child's needs and what works best for them.
