Ella has been a wonderful nanny to our family, caring for our two daughters (ages 3 and 5) over a 10-month period. She consistently demonstrated warmth, responsibility, and professionalism in her role. Ella adapted seamlessly to our family’s evolving needs and communicated clearly and proactively with us, which we greatly appreciated.
