Hi! My name is Eliana, and I'm a social work student with hands-on experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and other special needs. I currently provide 1:1 care for a 7-year-old child with autism and have also supported a 4-year-old nonverbal child in a school setting when a paraprofessional wasn't available. I'm currently completing my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, which is helping me strengthen my skills in behavior support, communication, and positive reinforcement strategies. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, understood, and confident. I'm also fluent in Spanish and happy to support bilingual families!
