About Elexis

I became a caregiver because I genuinely love helping people feel safe, valued, and cared for. Providing comfort, support, and kindness is more than a job to me--it's my passion. My caregiving journey began when I watched my mother work as a live-in companion, inspiring me to follow in her footsteps. At 18, I started working in a senior living facility, where I spent three rewarding years caring for older adults. I later became a job coach for adults with intellectual disabilities while continuing to care for seniors. My top caregiving skills are compassion, communication, and patience. These qualities help me build trust, understand clients' needs, and provide attentive, respectful care. Outside of work, I enjoy writing, filmmaking, and spending time with my two daughters, ages 7 and 11. Families can trust that I will care for their loved ones with the same dedication, respect, and kindness I would give my own family.
