About Elene

Growing up in a home with siblings 10-12 years younger than I- I learned quickly the hard work but also joy that goes into caring for young kids. Whether that care is getting them up for school and making sure everything's ready for them (breakfast, school bag, etc) or cleaning up around the house to ensure a safe and caring environment or just spending time with them to foster creativity and development. I have spent the last 13 years being a caregiver to my siblings and a reliable babysitter for several families in my neighborhood. Since moving to DC I have been missing that part of my life and hope that I can contribute my skills of patience, creativity and ability to handle diverse situations to families.
