About Elena

Hi, my name is Elena! Thank you for viewing my profile! I've been working as a pre-school teacher for over a year now, managing up to 20 children at once alongside my co-teachers. I have developed the curriculum for my school's Pre-K program & summer camp. I truly enjoy working with children & children seem to really love me as a teacher, guide, & caretaker. I have a very light & easy going personality that I believe allows me to thrive in this field (while setting boundaries of course). Above all, your child's safety & well-being are my top priority. I love doing arts & crafts with my students that are educational, sensory, & creative. I believe that all children are unique & learn differently and my job is to get to know each child so I may help them learn & grow in a way that suits them best. My bachelor's degree is in communications/journalism. (I speak, read, & write Greek if you're interested in Greek lessons!) In my free time I enjoy baking/cooking, yoga, + reading.
