Elena has taken care of my mom for a few months and continues to work for us one to two days a week. She is bright, responsible, caring, and friendly. My mom has moderate dementia, and Elena is very patient with her, answering her many questions and always keeping her safe. She makes sure that my mom takes all of her medications and helps her transfer safely from the wheelchair to the bed, the car, and the bathroom. My parents have two big dogs in the house, and Elena is comfortable with them. She doesn’t get rattled when they greet her a little too enthusiastically. I’m very glad that Elena was available to help my mom when we needed her.
