Completed Child Development classes at Miramar College. Native Russian speaker - I speak and read to children exclusively in Russian, helping them naturally acquire a second language. Elena has been working for me since my baby was 3 months old. She is very attentive to the child and parents, meets all baby needs, very proactive in baby’s activities and overall is a very nice person.  

Elena was with our family for six months, and I can confidently say she is a Mary Poppins-level nanny. We ended up moving across the country and were so sad to let her go (seriously we begged her to move with us). 

She joined us when our daughter was 6 months old and was incredibly warm, energetic and creative so needless to say our kiddo fell in love with her from day one. She truly gives 150% and came prepared each day with activities, books, and thoughtful lesson plans that supported our daughter’s development. As first time parents we had no guide for activities or daily plans for our daughter and she seamlessly filled her days with enriching experiences by taking her to the library, pet store, and playgrounds. When we had time for field trips, she gladly took her to the zoo, Legoland, and other adventures. She also sent us amazing photo and video updates throughout the day. 

Beyond her creativity and dedication, Elena is also incredibly dependable. She was punctual to a fault, often arriving early, stayed late when needed, and could always be counted on. My wife and I both work from home, and Elena made it effortless by keeping our daughter active, happy, and engaged outside the house.

She truly has the gift of turning childcare into an experience filled with joy, learning, and growth. Our daughter thrived under her care, and as parents, we felt absolute peace of mind knowing Elena was with her. She’s not only a nanny, but also a top-notch party assistant and planner! When it comes to throwing kids' birthday parties, Elena has truly shone. Her knack for party planning is outstanding—she’s always researching the latest party decoration trends and fun, unique activities that make every celebration feel special. Working together to plan the best parties has been so much fun, and her ability to turn every event into a magical experience is something we’ll always treasure. From the themed decorations to the custom games, no detail is ever overlooked, and the results are always beyond my expectations. When there aren’t parties to plan, she’s working to decorate the home and liven things up. She has inspired me on countless occasion and has motivated me to make the interior design changes I’ve always wanted. Our friends and family credit me for all the fantastic parties/decorations but I couldn’t have accomplished nearly so much without Elena’s help. She makes me feel like an amazing mom!
It’s hard to put into words just how much of an impact she’s had on our lives. Her presence in our home gives me the freedom to focus on my work and other responsibilities, knowing that my children are in the very best hands. She has been an incredible addition to our family, and you would be lucky to have her taking care of your children.

Elena was an amazing babysitter for my son, starting when he was about 14 months old. Since my son was still adjusting, I found Elena to be very patient. She was creative and always mindful of his needs, often suggesting activities like going for a walk. When they were out, she would proactively share her location without being asked, which gave me great peace of mind.

It took only a week or two for my son to fully adjust, and after that, they developed their own special bond. He would run to her as soon as she arrived, excited to do their activities together. She taught him a lot, including some Russian words and expressions, which he loved. They understood each other so well, and he was always eager to learn more from her.

Elena was incredibly caring and always made sure my son was entertained, often bringing him toys and fun activities to play with. As a first-time mom, it was nerve-wracking to let go, but Elena made it easy. She was so good at what she does that I felt completely at ease.

Now that my son goes to daycare, I would highly recommend Elena – 200%! I would hire her again in a heartbeat if I had the chance. She is awesome. In fact, while she was with us, I joked with my husband that I shouldn’t write a review so no one else would know how amazing she is! Elena did an amazing job watching my cats while I was away. This was my first time leaving them so I was pretty nervous about leaving my cats with a stranger but Elena did an amazing job keeping me informed about how things were going. Not only did she take awesome care of my fur babies but she also took grear care of my home. I will absolutely be booking again with her in December!! She is number one on my list for sure.

Elena is a real gem. She is the most amazing nanny you can find for you kid. She not just watch your kid, she is making you feel like you did the best for your kid. She plays and teaches your baby like no one else can. Our daughter loves her so much and she learned so much while Elena was watching her. She helped with toys, laundry and folding for the kid and it was incredibly helpful for us, working parents. Elena is a gem because she is always doing above and beyond.
She was watching my two little boys (2 and 4 years old), cooked fresh and nutritious meals for them, brought various art and science projects to keep them busy in an educative way, and even was able to put them in bed on time. I will always remember one of her text messages: "Your furniture is fixed, the kitchen is clean, dinner is ready and boys are sleeping. They made you a gift!" 
In a nutshell, she knows how to make the kids and the mom happy.

Elena is the best nanny we ever had. We had more than 20, so I know. 

- She is very knowledgeable and experienced (with her own kids, what makes the difference) 
- She is energetic, positive, and did great making my super active toddler boy tired 
- She always has a plan 
- She can perfectly manage the kid while cooking or tiding up 
- She had never left me a mess, like other Nannie's did "cause he didn't sleep" 
- She cooks a good healthy food for kid 
- She was always beyond my expectations and my requests, and didn't need a long list of instructions like "undress the kid for a nap, brush his teeth before nighttime, cook him a fresh food, wear a helmet" from the beginning  
- She is optimistic, always positive, easy going and very reliable (the other my trouble with other Nannies)
- She manages the 2-3 year kid very well (and his 4.5 yo friend for a few times). She never made excuses like "oh, he is wet / in dirty diaper because he didn't want to change".

Elena is so wonderful. She is reliable, punctual, hardworking, kind and creative. She comes up with little art projects daily that they would do together. I highly recommend her. You would be lucky to have her as a nanny.

Elena took her responsibilities very seriously: she was always on time, always wearing a smile and brightening my son's day with her care. She treated my son M as if he was her own baby and shared a very special bond with him. She would be a great help to any family, she'd go above and beyond to make things right.
Elena helped us during the weekends, sometimes on weekdays and date nights, and she did a tremendous job on all fronts. She has been helping my son with all the important stages and milestones: she was playing games, making art and crafts with him, doing exercises and teaching him to cook, clean and taking care of himself. 
She is very dependable, diligent learner and a growth-oriented person. I referred her to my mom friends and everyone is very happy with her as well, so totally recommend.

Elena was our FT nanny for our 15 month old for almost a year before we moved. She is amazing and our daughter loves her. Elena not only took care of her but also helped her reach language & physical milestones and thought of activities to do with her, such as dyeing eggs for Easter. She even decorated her room!

Elena treats our daughter like her own and most importantly we trust Elena 100%. She can easily follow a schedule and rules if any (our daughter had a severe egg allergy) and deal with last minute changes. She always went beyond to make things around the house easier for us. We wish she could've moved with us but since she cannot, I hope she will find another great family. I highly recommend her, your child will love her!
