We were in a situation where we absolutely needed a nanny, and after carefully reading the reviews on Elena’s profile, we decided to give her a try — and we’re so glad we did. Our experience with her was truly wonderful. What stood out the most, and is so rare these days, is that she didn’t touch her phone once while caring for my son. She was fully present, always engaging him and making sure he was interested and involved in whatever they were doing. Elena is well-educated and very calm, which I found not only great for my son but also surprisingly comforting for me. I felt completely at ease leaving her alone with him while I went to pick up my older child. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a great nanny. Without family nearby, it means a lot to have someone we can trust and rely on. After not having much luck with nannies in the past, finding Elena was a real relief.
