Im a baby sitter in 5 years, I take care the baby, I feed, I chance the diaper and I walk to play ground to play and read the books before he go to sleep

We have been blessed to have Elena come take care of our girl for 18 months.  The ONLY reason we parted ways was bc she started preschool.  She became a part of our family and played a vital role in the safety and well being of our child.  I highly recommend Elena and am willing to speak to anyone that is considering hiring her!

We hired Elena 2 months ago to help us daily with the transition from 1-2. She has been such a delight to have around. My toddler now gets so excited when she comes through the door, which is saying a lot because he is very shy. She is amazing with our baby too. I am exclusively breastfeeding and practice attachment parenting so I still do a lot of the baby care in regards to feedings and naps while she is here, but she has been helping with household chores in the meantime while I attend to the baby which is huge for us. We cannot thank her enough and I highly recommend her. The only reason we have to part ways is because my family is moving out of the area, otherwise I would be staying with her for childcare. Definitely hire her as your next nanny

Elena is such a ray of sunshine in the room! My children immediately wanted to play with her upon her first interview. She came over to watch our kids for a few hours while we unpacked organized things in our house. She did puzzles, coloring, and some other sets and crafts. Our children and us really enjoyed her company and can't wait to hire her again!

Elena has been very caring nanny for our infant daughter. She plays with her and sings songs for her. Elena reads for her, shows her colors and animals. When weather permits, they spend a lot of time outside, also playing, singing and narrating what is happening around. Our baby is not a fan of bottles, but she does take them from Elena which says a lot. As we work from home, we hear our baby laughing and see her smiling when Elena comes and just having a good time during the day under Elena's care.

Also, Elena has been extremely helpful with light housekeeping, making sure the play area is tidy, floors are swept (we have a cat so things sometimes get messy not only by the baby), and helping us with dishes, while I'm breastfeeding our daughter. The baby is starting solids, and Elena is here to help my baby and I at all steps of the process. She takes initiative and ensures that the baby is well taken care of. And we see our baby happy with Elena, which we appreciate.

I asked Elena in the late morning/early afternoon if she could watch my daughter from 7-11 pm on Friday night and she confirmed that she could.  We texted each other and settled on a rate.  I gave her my address and phone number.  Then afterwards, she claims she couldn't find my address. I asked her to try Google Maps.  She said she didn't know how to use it.  So, I gave her step by step instructions on how to use it.  Then, 45 minutes before she was supposed to be at my house, she cancels and says "I'm very sorry...because I'm scared to drive at night".  What?!?!  I told her what time I needed her twice and she didn't say anything about that.  Now, I have to cancel my plans that were so important to me.  She ruined everything! I had someone else offer to watch my daughter but I told her I already had someone.  If Elena would have told me at the beginning, I could have found someone else and still be able to keep my plans.  Unreliable! Cancel at the last second! Horrible!! DO NOT USE!!
