I cannot say enough good things about Elena! We just started experiencing with sitters for our baby (he was around 10 months old at the time) and she was by far our favorite! My baby took to her right away, in fact, he sometimes didn't even want to get out of her arms and come to me! Even our dog who has a sixth sense about people adored her (we once didn't hire a sitter we liked because the dog didn't trust her). She was never late, was available on short notice, she did not just sit and watch him but was on the floor playing with him, reading to him and I could tell without a shadow of a doubt that she genuinely cared and loved my baby and that is really all a mom wants for their child. I would definitely hire her again in a heartbeat but she is very popular so get her when you can! lol
