About Elena

I am a caring, patient, and responsible person who genuinely enjoys working with children. Through my experience as a preschool assistant teacher, I have developed strong skills in creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for children while also being attentive to their individual needs. I am dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative, whether that means helping with routines, keeping children engaged, preparing activities, or making sure they feel supported and cared for. I would describe myself as warm, nurturing, and easygoing, while still being able to set appropriate boundaries and maintain structure. I am very attentive to details and take the responsibility of caring for children seriously. I also love being creative and coming up with activities that are both fun and educational. Most importantly, I want children to feel comfortable and safe around me, and I strive to build a trusting relationship with both the children and their families.
