I had a bad experience with this cleaner who had terrible communication. When she initially came to look at my place for cleaning, she said she would do it. However, when I tried to confirm the details with her, she never responded. As a result, I found someone else to do the job. Surprisingly, the day before my cleaning, she messaged me saying that she was coming, despite never confirming in person or by text that she would be coming. When I asked her if she would do regular cleanings (giving her a second chance), she initially said yes. However, a day later, she responded saying that she doesn't do regular cleanings for jobs she didn't do the initial clean on. I found this lack of reliability concerning and would not recommend her. It's better to find a cleaner who prioritizes you and is more reliable.
