About Eleanor

I have been a Patient Care Technician for just over a year and am working my way towards nursing. I was responsible for the care and safety of many patients on the medsurg unit I worked on. Many patients had various degrees of care needs, both physical and mental, that I would assist with. I have experience in personal care and ADLs (actives of daily living) such as ambulating, bathing, monitoring of vitals and blood sugars, and meditation regulation, teaching, and encouragement. I also have had experience with different types of mental issues such as dementia, sun downing, intellectual impairment and more. I love to help and care for any and all as everyone has a story to tell and advice to learn from. Everyone needs someone to talk to and to feel cared about. I love to make friends and make those friends smile and feel better.
